CHY International is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and financial crime legislation.

Although CHY International operates as an independent property advisory, we recognise our responsibility to help prevent financial crime and to work with reputable clients, partners and professional advisers.

This policy explains the principles that guide our approach to client identification, due diligence and financial crime prevention.
